Welcome to Mima's KitchenOur Story
On a hot Market Day afternoon in 1994, Tony & Helen "Mima" Sauceda sold fajita tacos cooked on a barbecue pit at the end of their driveway. It was put together to make some extra money, but it was such a hit, the Saucedas decided to make it a permanent business venture. Thus, on July 4th, 1995, Mima's Kitchen was officially opened.
Tony & Helen married in 1958 and moved from Wimberley to San Marcos. They decided to make the move back to Wimberley in the early 70's. They now have 6 children and fifteen grandchildren. The Saucedas thank you for choosing Mima's Kitchen and hope you will return soon.
